Good morning. I'm still in So Cal, and my interview with South Pasadena School District is this afternoon... just late enough that I couldn't grab an evening flight to Bend. *sigh* It's all right. I'm actually really excited about the interview. Getting ANY interviews right now for a teaching position in CA is a miracle in itself! There were over 30,000 teachers laid-off at the end of last school year (including myself), and we're all vying for the same rare job openings. I know that my future is in God's hands, and that He has a magnificent plan for me. My job is to faithfully follow his lead and the open doors He creates. Amen?!
So, there have been some rumblings out there in the stamping world about Mercy being back with her sketch challenges. I decided I needed to check this out for myself, and was so pleasantly surprised not only to find another great sketch challenge, but another fantastic blog to steal inspiration from! Serious talent alert coming from her blog! :)
I have a card for her sketch from last week as well, but I'm going to save posting that one until later this week/next week while I'm out of town on vacation.
I went right on back to my Razzleberry Fizz dp and pulled out these two patterns. I think Crushed Curry and Rich Razzleberry might be two of my new favorite colors together. I feel LOTS more cards coming on with this combo! ;)
Oh, this is also a Stampin' Up Only (SUO) card! I did it! I don't think I've made a true SUO in ages. Something from some other company always sneaks it's way onto my cards.
Thanks for stopping by!
